A little about me. I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, gratefully on the border of beautiful Wascana Park, one of the largest parks in North America. I spent a lot of time there, lovingly embraced by the nature that surrounded me and feeling more at home there than anywhere else. I currently enjoy having that deep love and connection with the ancient energies of the mountains, forests and waters right here on the West Coast of British Columbia. I acknowledge that I reside on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded Indigenous Land belonging to the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.

I have always been sensitive to energies and possessed intuitive abilities, but back in the 70’s those things weren't acknowledged or nourished as they are now. And so I attempted to live a “normal” life hoping one day I’d find my passion, my soul’s purpose. Along the way I went through some VERY dark nights of the soul along with some severe depression and heavy drinking. I couldn't understand why everyone around me was “content” with their “normal” lives while I longed for so much more. I KNEW there was so much more but just didn’t understand what or how to find it. As I saw psychic abilities and mediumship become more mainstream I embraced that part of me and found a mentor. I excelled in all aspects of reading and divination but my hope of finding THE “one thing” I should “be” still eluded me. I didn’t see myself doing tarot readings for a living, I felt a desire to help people on a deeper, more lasting level. My teacher called me a “Jack of all Trades'' in the metaphysical sense which, while complimentary, didn’t exactly pinpoint me towards my soul path. It wasn't until she told me that I should pursue “Shamanism” that my life drastically began to change. My journey has led me to learn and apprentice in a myriad of spiritual and healing modalities including Core Shamanism, Animism, energy healing (in many different forms), sound healing and also ritual and ceremony; all of these from many gifted teachers, Shamans, energy healers, and Indigenous medicine teachers. Learning to work with energy, spirit and also IN the spiritual realms was profound while also being a surprisingly smooth transition. From the very start I discovered I have a natural ability as if its something I've always been able to do. I just needed to remember!

My experiences in my own healing journey are a great compliment to all I have learned about healing on all levels. I've been through the dark night of the soul, I’ve been lost in and learned to navigate the void, I’ve learned how to keep going when I didn't want to. Navigating through all of these and more has brought me to a deeper and more personal understanding of the work. In our sessions I’m able to connect with you on a deep soul level, offering a loving and supportive space where I utilize my own medicine along with working with spirit to bring you mind, body, heart and soul healing and profound, positive change.

My Mission
To provide my clients with a safe place with loving guidance, and healing through a combination of Shamanic healing medicine, intuitive energy healing as well as my own personal medicine, creating lasting and profoundly positive change.

Education, training and wisdom…

Along my journey I have learned and been inspired by many people, teachers and those who I now call friends. I am eternally grateful to indigenous medicine teachers like Joe Greenland (Fox Dreamer) and Leonhard Cardinal (Thunderbird Inc) who have passed on their infinite wisdom and knowledge and who also graciously welcomed me into their healing night lodges and shaking tent ceremonies. Steve Spooner, Shaman and heart guru, who welcomed me to spend two weeks one on one learning, growing, healing and making soul deep transformations. My mentor Melanie O’Leary (Soul Sanctuary) under whom I graciously apprenticed with in Earth & Soul Medicine including Spiritual Journeying, Animism, Sound Healing and so much more for over two years (and continue to learn and be inspired by today). And Shamanic practitioner and teacher Christina Pratt (Last Mask Center) under whom I also continue to study with.
